As a real estate broker, Kevin has built his business from extensive networking, marketing, and a solid reputation for getting the highest price for his sellers and the best value for his buyers.

Kevin is an ardent and experienced negotiator who brings a high level of professionalism to each and every transaction. He has represented principals in more than $80 million dollars of residential real estate transactions, including single-family homes, condominiums, Tenancy In Common’s, and residential investment property, and he is an expert in residential new-development sales.

A recognized leader at the San Francisco Association of Realtors, Kevin serves on both the Standard Forms Committee and the Housing Opportunities Committee. The Standard Forms Committee dictates how sales contracts and disclosures are written, and it interprets how changing laws affect these documents. Kevin also sits on the resource committee of HomeownershipSF, a centralized resource for affordable home ownership in San Francisco.

Prior to his real estate career, Kevin helped manage a multi-million-dollar construction/development firm in San Francisco. Kevin taps into his construction experience to better inform clients of the physical condition of a property and to help them interpret the results of professional property inspections.

Kevin is a native San Franciscan with a life-long understanding and appreciation of its history and unique neighborhood assets. He has a bachelor of art’s degree in economics from Colorado State University.
