This historic 1857 brick building is originally known as the Hathaway Warehouse and is a designated historic landmark. Additions to the Harrison Street façade were completed in 1875 and the upper sections of the building were completed by about 1900.
The building was converted by MBH Architects into 46 live/work units in April 1997 and won the Gold Nugget Award of Merit, Adaptive Reuse.
Centered around a two-story central courtyard, units feature exposed brick and timber and range from 500 to 1,900 sq ft (aprx.).
